Single Room/Short Stay Surcharge
The single room surcharge in a double room depends on the season. For a stay (up to 3 nights) we charge a short stay surcharge.

Children's discounts are now also valid in winter.
Deposit and Reservation
For a fixed reservation, we ask for a deposit by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash or by ATM card/EC card at the reception on the evening before the day of departure. Fixed bookings are only possible with the address.

Cancellation Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of the hotel industry apply, including their cancellation conditions. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. For the return transfer of the deposit, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €35.00.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- If canceled within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the booking price.
- In the event of early departure and cancellation from the day of arrival, 100% will be charged.
- Cancellations are only possible in writing.
Travel Expense or Travel Cancellation Insurance
A booking is a purchase contract. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees will apply. We therefore recommend hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid coverage), e.g. the Hotelstorno Plus insurance (including helicopter rescue).
Check-in
The booked rooms are available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the rooms can be occupied from 3.30 p.m. Room numbers and floors cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive after 7.30 p.m., please inform the kitchen team accordingly. It is not possible to grant a price reduction for meals not consumed. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the Hotel Zauchenseehof. Holidays with pets are possible in the 3-star Hotel Sportwelt of the Walchhofer family near the Zauchenseehof.
Parking, Charging E-Cars
A large on-site car park is located directly in front of the hotel. Garage spaces can be rented for €8/day (both subject to availability).
There are two e-charging stations in the underground car park of the Zauchenseehof. These are subject to a fee and depend on the energy costs. A publicly accessible e-charging station is located on the front of the Zauchenseehof (all common e-charging cards can be used)
Baby and Toddler Equipment
The following equipment is provided on request:
- Baby monitor, bottle warmer, kettle, vaporizer, cots and high chairs, changing table, changing mats, nappy bucket, baby bathtubs, potties, toilet seat insert and step stool
- Back carriers, prams and buggies (subject to availability)
- Children's bathrobes in the rooms
Internet and WiFi
There is free internet access via WiFi throughout the hotel.

- Dinner menu: Adults €45/child €21

The 4-star family hotel Zauchenseehof is a non-smoking hotel. There is a separate smoking room next to the hotel bar for smokers.

Sports Shops with Equipment Rental
In the immediate vicinity of the family hotel there are sports shops with ski and equipment rental.
Happy Card
With the Familotel Happy Card, guests receive a 5% discount on the overnight price (excluding ski pass, Magic Mountains Card).
Ski and Boot Room
Each room has a lockable, heated ski and boot drying locker in the ski room. This can be opened with the room key card. From the ski room you can get directly to the ski lift and the ski slope.
